Peggy and her son, Gavin, in 1998.
Who is Peggy Sue Bittick?
With its first capital in West Columbia, Texas started right here in Brazoria County. Peggy Sue Bittick started here, too. Born and raised in Pearland, she knows the area well and continues to live and work here.
After putting herself through college on academic scholarships and part-time jobs, Peggy taught classes for the school district that once educated her. Since going to law school, she has also set up her own law firm in Pearland and continues to help her clients with many types of cases.
How do you know Peggy Sue Bittick?
“I have known Peggy Bittick for at least 25 years. I have seen her as a student at Pearland High School, as a teacher at Pearland High School, as a practicing attorney, and as a Board of Trustees member of the Pearland Independent School district. In that time I perceived selflessness, devotion to causes, and an immeasurable degree of integrity.
Will Peggy Bittick will be an outstanding judge? Undoubtedly, she will. She has what it takes to lead and to listen and to make sound judgments.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Nothing can bring you peace but the triumph of principles.” If you want a judge who is principled, honest, selfless, devoted, and honest, vote for Peggy Bittick! I wholeheartedly endorse Peggy as 149th District Judge of Brazoria County, Texas.”

“I went to school and am a friend of Peggy’s mom, Tina and her father, Richard. Technically, I have know Peggy since before she was born!
She was a beautiful child both physically and in her personality. I got to babysit her occasionally when she was young, then she blossomed into a beautiful teenager and babysat my kids! They loved having Peggy sit with them, and continue to love her to this day. Deservedly so. Throughout the years, we have waivered between close contact and rare contact, but have always remained friends!”

“Peggy, I am a die hard Republican. That said, I will be honored to support you in your run for 149th Districy Judge of Brazoria County at election time Nov. 2, 2010. I have known you and your family all my life and I know what’s in your heart.”
